Update Procedure (important)
Prerequisites
- Your computer must have the KI2000 device driver installed. (Install our KITS software, or Click here for device driver installation package). If the Windows Device Driver Wizard appears when the instrument is identified, then follow the relevant device driver instructions KITS FAQ.
- Your instrument must not have version v0.11 installed. To upgrade an instrument using v0.11, please return it to Kingfisher.
Process
Unzip and run the firmware upgrade software, following prompts. Be careful not to disrupt ugrade process till it is completed, or instrument may become inoperable.
